Tic Tac Toe Rules

• Player "X" goes first
• Players "X" and "O" take turns placing their peices on the gameboard
• A player wins by geting three of their pieces in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) before the otherplayer
• If no player successfully places three peices in a row and the game board is full it is concifered a tie
